I went for the first time today to mail some books and the lady working the counter could not have been nicer. She guided me to the most affordable option for what I needed unprompted and was very friendly to everyone. Nicest and fastest post office interaction I have had!

Welcome to the most unhelpful and overworked location. Clearly this branch is understaffed and the clerk took it out on the customers whom were waiting patiently in line with friendly attitudes. She was extremely abrupt and was certainly not willing to help people sort through shipping options. When someone asked for a pen to fill out a priority mail envelope her response- “the only pen I have is my own” with no remorse and left unable to complete their transaction. Support your staff so they feel empowered to support the customer.

I only gave this Post Office one star because it wouldn't allow me to give it a half star! The half star would only be for the actual mailbox that does it's job! This is absolutely the worst Post Office I have ever had to deal with in all my 50 years of being alive. You can never get anyone to help you! God help you if you want to speak to sone on the phone. They say they delivered a notice to your door and no one has even been to the door, packages don't get delivered or if they do they get thrown on your porch. It's just the worst Post Office ever! I would gladly drive 30+ minutes more to use a different post office.

Not sure how this post office is even still in existence. Our packages are constantly getting delivered to the wrong addresses causing us and our neighbors to have to sort out our own mail. Furthermore, have you ever tried calling this location? Good luck getting an answer. On two different days, I spent over an hour calling (during business hours) and was never able to get anyone on the phone. Pathetic is an understatement...
