My package was extremely late and once it was finally “delivered” it wasn’t even delivered to the right mailbox. I went over to this location to ask about it and try to track the package. They took my number and email and said they will contact me the next day. Still no answer for over 24 hours. I paid $100 for this package too.

This post office has the worst customer service I have ever experience! I had a package of medication that was supposed to be delivered that I needed to receive prior to leaving for a trip.I contacted them and was told that there was no way they could tell me if the package was on the truck and that there would be no way possible for us to go and meet the postal carrier out on his route to get the package. This was completely untrue! The package has a tracking number and is scanned each step of the way. My husband worked for UPS for 25 years and would gladly let customers meet him on his route if they needed a package before he was going to get to their house. Th e representative that I spoke with concerning this was not only completely unhelpful but was extremely rude. So sad to see how they treat the people who ultimately pay their salaries!!!!

Good location. Clean building, neat & tidy exterior. Easy to get into and out of, with one-way entrance and exit. Local, national, and international mailboxes at exit, on left hand driver's side, so very convenient to use. Excellent staff EVERY visit and I've been often. Mailing packages, getting supplies for postage, boxes, and have even bought stationery. Love the Forever stamps and the many choices of beautiful stamps. You deserve full funding, in perpetuity. Such a grand service to the nation.

There is nothing I cherish more than coming home after a 19 hour day to find someone that works that in three days decided not to deliver my mail. It doesn’t matter I was waiting for a check and my new debit card or that I own a non profit who’s business address is my house address, for the fifth time since the hurricane, a tax paid employee here has decided they don’t need to deliver to my house of fourteen years because it is “vacant.” First it was destroyed by a hurricane and they refused to deliver because it was under construction and now that it is the nicest house on the block with the best yard and a for sale sign, I don’t deserve my mail. When I sell my house I will have a new address and a new post office. Until I put in a change of address, you have no business deciding if I should get mail at my own house. Now I’m going to have to leave work to go deal with your dismal service to probably be told you retuned all my mail, likely disrupting my 501c3 for veteran’s status with the IRS due to your impeccable timing (tax season) because we all know, no one there will ever answer the phone. Sick of it.
