My grandmother recently transitioned to be with God, and Adkins-Drain Funeral Service referred my family to Dock Street Printing Co to print off the service program. I designed my grandmother's program and had questions about the printing. Mrs. Cindy embraced me with compassion and top-notch customer service from the beginning to the end of the process. Mrs. Cindy and Mr. Bill are both friendly and knowledgeable people. The quality of the printing was beautiful and professionally done! During my time there, I also witnessed their genuine kindness towards everyone who came in from the postman, city workers, and old and new clients. Good service is more than a product. (TLDR at the bottom) My fiancé and I are getting married in a few months. When we looked online for wedding invite providers, we didn't know what we needed (Detail page, RSVP, etc.). There were so many options but it also felt like there was nothing that fit (it made my head spin!). If you've ever planned a wedding, you know there are SO many details. This was one of the details that I thought would be simple, but I needed more help with. I have worked with Dock St. on a professional level and they came to mind when I decided to recruit professionals for our wedding invitations. I sent a PDF copy of a design I made and Cindy responded a few hours later. When we spoke on the phone, she gave me some designing tips. So I resent the design to print a tester. I had to head back home and wasn't able to swing by that day to check out the test sheets so Cindy emailed me pictures of the invitation. I was so touched by Cindy's level of customer service. I had what I felt was a pretty big ask but she was so happy to help. I can't say enough great things about working with Dock St. Printing. TLDR; Customer service 11/10. Thank you Cindy!!!
