Are pods drivers are amazingly courteous and always right on time. They gave a phone call 30 mins before arriving and were professional and amazing at maneuvering the pod. Great service for a great price.

Loved how easy it was to load and unload. Unfortunately the 1st driver hit the corner of the roof of my new home.. still have yet to resolve this issue. Update.. did resolve roof.. But the last removal pick up for the last 2..has become a nightmare. I was on the schedule for Dec 3 and 4th. The transport station cancelled me without telling me..when the 3rd comes and no one shows..I called..now they cant pick up till Dec 16th..my 30days for both ends on Dec 11th..I ask the woman..am I going to get charged 249x2 on the 11th..since I did everything that was expected of me and its not my fault the transport station is over scheduled and under staffed She assures me..I will not be held responsible. Well today is May 24th and they have not resolved this..they still want the $549. They are sending me letters and calls for payment.

Tony Reynolds was incredible for my POD pickup and customer service. My door was completely stuck and I was going to be charged to have it opened. Another driver had previously come out and tried to open it briefly but Tony cared a ton about my experience and spent a large chunk of time with different methods to open it and ended up getting it open. He was a miracle worker!!! He was on time, professional and personable. Next time I move, I only want to have Tony take care of everything! Thanks so much!

We needed storage for our furniture while we removed carpet, put in new floors, painted/sealed baseboards and painted walls. The POD worked well to store and access our furnishings. The driver was amazingly skilled in operating his truck and the PODZILLA loading /unloading machinery. Obvious that he had much experience. We changed the pickup date without issues and the woman with whom i worked to do so was helpful, friendly and funny. A+ for PODS
