I have been here for a year and I love it. The staff members are always smiling and good spirits. Morning, evening and night shift staff, cleaning crew and engineers very awsome customer service. I definitely recommend living here even the residents are friendly that I have come across interacting with greetings and conversations. Leasing staff Miriam and Francesca are awesome as always very helpful with any questions i have or concerns. Morning-Night staff Miss L, Whitney, Ashuka, Nicky, Lidia, Glenda. Cleaning staff Judy, Alex, Reina and Engineers Ron, James and R. Plus love the safety and policies here feels safe.

On June 10 of 2022 I went to the office to talk to Miss Francesca Wagner and Miss L. In regards of Obtaining a set of keys for my daughter. Miss L. MS Francesca was very professional in regards of my situation and explaining in details of the cost of everything if the keys was lost once again, I truly thank and appreciate the both of them For they professionalism and excellent customer service at front desk/office you ladies made my day and for that thank you so much. I have really enjoyed living here since moving in in late 2021. All of the Avalon staff are incredibly friendly and professional. It's easy to log a service request online, and the leasing office is very responsive via email. My unit is comfortable, clean, and they have a great Internet package you can include with your rent (600mbps for $43/month with free modem). The neighborhood is quiet, and I've had no issues with neighbors or pests. I hope to keep living here! (Update on 6/1/22: Still super happy. Lobby is freshly renovated, roof deck is also being upgraded, and ALL my bills/utilities are covered thru 1 monthly rent payment.)
