I’d give 1 star but the maintenance crew is incredibly responsive and fast. Everything else is subpar and not worth the rent price - from the construction noises that start at the crack of dawn to the random fire alarms going off at 6am and continuing to go off throughout the day and no one does a thing about it when we call. The neighbors are very noisy as well, usually outside yelling or singing at the top of their lungs or smoking, preventing us from having our windows open. The office is often unresponsive but kind when we do speak to them. The actual property manager is completely unresponsive and when the covid-19 restrictions were lifted they happily filed non-payment on everyone immediately without letting tenants know ahead of time with a very condescending email once it was done. Absolutely horrible communication! Also the package system is janky, we have to send our packages to a middle man for them to deliver to us despite having a leasing team in building. They used to have a Package Hub which was a selling point for us but that is gone, replaced with Fetch. Fetch is fine, but just adds an extra step. If the issues with communication and noise were addressed this would be a great community. Sadly, I cannot recommend living here unless you’re traveling a lot. If you work from home, look for a quieter place.

Nice-sized apartments, great amenities and location. On-location parking is great so there's no need to search for spaces on the street which us vulnerable to tickets and other code enforcement. The gym, pool, grill, game room and business office are also nice.

The Fire Alarms go off randomly (especially in the night). That is my main issue. For young children or pets with sensitive ears this is the worst. Affordable but kinda flimsy apts, lots of noisy neighbors and smelly halls . Cool staff quick repairs and safe building
