Super helpful staff here, especially the manager, Serena, who personally verified for me that the air filter I was looking for, by Wix, was made in USA. This kind of information is practically unobtainable online these days which is a terrible shame and one reason I hate shopping at places like Amazon. Even the O’Reilly site does not list the country of origin for these parts. Great job at your store!

Frankie was rude, condescending, and sarcastic every time he “helped” me. He wouldn’t let me explain my situation about returning a part from another OReilly’s, a situation which was supposedly already handled by the other manager. The guy Joe that works there is an awesome dude, he treated me really good. He was vary helpful. He was joking wit me a bit and it made me feel like my business mattered. I will definitely go back to this location because of him.

Masks are required and you stand 6 feet away from the counter to pay. It's marked where to stand, and they have a temporary "counter" set up there for you. They have it set up the credit card machine is set up there, so you can pay while practicing social distancing.
Amazon does. Oreilly auto parts sells OE parts.
They do but write down your color # located on your driver side door jamb so they can look it up faster in the computer. Same with vin #
