Nice apartment layouts, unfortunately no elevator's in these so called "Luxury Apartments". Lots and lots of bugs and incects both inside and out, in the hallways wasp nests are everywhere. You can only have AT&T services so even though my internet was broken for 6 months while working from home I had no alternative. Last but certainly not least management... Natasha Lorenzo is the person in charge and she doesn't care about the residents in the slightest, horrible customer service. Management acts like they are doing you a favor when talking to them about issues in your apartment. If you do decide to move here for whatever reason don't forget to bring your own pesticides for there are a ton of incents and pests that the management team lead by Natasha Lorenzo refuse to address, you will be told someone is coming, don't hold your breath..

I have been a resident of the Carlton for 2 years now, and I can honestly say I love being a resident !! They community is beautiful and quiet, the office staff is amazing, and the pool it’s refreshing

MUST READ! I was on the waiting list for 7 months as I thought it would be a great place to live. Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed. When you move in they express how their cleaning process is above and beyond but in fact that is not the case. My apartment was infested with fleas from the prior tenant. The pet most likely was not registered as management was questioning me about it. At first they did a good job at responding to this issue but it was not resolved after two months of being in the apartment. Management was just worried about minimizing the expenses it cost them rather than doing it the right way. We pay a fee for pest control and showing up once a week (Sometimes) will not resolve the infestation. I had to take matters into my own hands and try to treat it myself. I was promised a full refund with the mutual break but they did not follow through on that promise. This was extremely upsetting as I couldn’t come back from work to a comfortable place, rather an empty apartment with no furniture and always being on edge about being bit by fleas. Management will most likely comment about how they did the best they could, but putting a tenant in a flea infested apartment, as they are more worried about moving people in and out as fast as possible for money, is completely unacceptable. Not only this… there was still activity when I broke the lease so let’s hope they do a complete clean/treatment before the next tenant. Like previous reviews had said… it’s cheaply made especially for the price they are charging. Walls are extremely thin all around you. You can hear the highway which didn’t bother me but might for someone else. They express all these guidelines and rules, such as valet trash and only allowing one trash bag in the valet trash can but, as shown by the pictures, no one follows this leaving the place looking unprofessional.

I couldn’t have asked for a better staff to work with, especially Kimberly. I’m an OCD planner and Kimberly went above and beyond to answer every question with patience and throughly too. She got us into the apartment we wanted with the perfect timeframe too. We are so excited to enjoy all the beautiful pool and park, but are most excited that we were able to find a 3/3 with a W/D in the unit and a 2 car garage. It literally is the perfect fit!

This includes Target, Khols, Ross, hhgreg, Marshalls and Michaels located at the Hammocks Landing Shopping Center, less than a mile away. A Publix Supermarket is also located in this retail center. A Wal-Mart Supercenter is located just a half mile east and BJ’s is located just east of the Walmart. An LA Fitness Center is located on the north side of Palm Bay Road and a Bass Pro Shop is located at the intersection. The Melbourne Square Mall is about 3 miles north.
