Inconsistent experience. Depending on who's working, the coffee can be good or really bad, same with bagels. Most of the employees don't seem to understand how to properly pull a shot, not their fault though, likely a training or high turn over rate issue. They will also give you a microwaved bagel-microwaved bread is not good. Could be great if they had consistent procedures and employees that would stay long enough to get properly trained.

Probably one of the most plainest coffees I have ever had. Met with the owner and her attitude and the way she comes off is just absolutely disgusting to me. Being a small business owner myself I would definitely not treat my customers the way that she has to me. I guarantee that I'm not the only customer that feels this way. I would never recommend anyone to get coffee here. The staff seemed awesome just a bit out of it. If I was offered free coffee I wouldn't even give it away. Awful experience and lack of experienced owner says it all.

Coffee is great, service is quick and pleasant to deal with.. Breakfest sandwiches are far better than any gas station sandwich and not much more in price. Well worth the extra dollar..

Great drinks. I drive the distance for my hot cocoa at rozyz. I'm a cocoa fanatic and from deer park area they are my current favorite. Keep up the great work and love the positive attitudes.
