Amazing costumer service! I looked online for a vehicle and submit for a response and in the matter of seconds I receive a phone call from David Erickson. He talk to me about a couple of vehicles they had in stock and told me that he is available anytime, and because of the way I was treated, I decide to drive the same day. He took me to view a few vehicles that I was interested, with patience and a smile. I never felt that I was being push to make a decision. Offer me coffee, popcorn and brought me some water. I will definitely recommend him 110%, I will definitely come back for my next purchase. Awesome location and people!

I have owned well over 100 cars in my life, many of which were bought at dealerships...and I must say that this was the ONLY time I drove away from a car lot feeling good about the deal I got. Yes, the car was priced a little above NADA retail, but ALL car lots, (and cars from private owners), are like that these days. I couldn't be happier with my new (used) car. I bought a one owner, low mile 2010 Subaru Legacy that was in VERY good condition. It drives like a champ and everything works perfect. Thank you David, (sales), Steve, (manager), and Pat, (finance manager), for making this deal happen so quickly and efficiently, and for getting me a good rate on my payments. This was by far the quickest and smoothest car lot deal I have ever made. I had been looking for a low priced safe compact SUV that I wanted to eventually give to my daughter when she turned 18. I had a very specific criteria and went to other lots first. All the salespeople were pushy and tried to pressure us into other cars. I finally came here to Parkway Auto. First, they had a huge inventory that fit my criteria of a reasonable priced car for a first time driver. We spent time on the lot alone browsing the cars. Marcus came out and helped us. What an amazing salesperson. He was honest, patient and never pressured us to buy anything. He spent so much time with us test driving multiple cars. He stayed late to work with us. We found a car that worked but was a little higher than I was planning to spend. He did not pressure us. Told us go home and think about which car you like. He gave us his card and said to text anytime. Even though it was his days off. We fell in love with the car and decided to purchase it. Marcus was so easy to work with and patient. I hate buying cars and Marcus made me change my mind about the car buying process. Actually everyone did. The finance people were great as well. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Marcus. My husband and I had a great experience here. Marcus helped us find our perfect car and the whole team helped us get the best financing we could get considering we were first time buyers with no credit history. We have had our new Jeep Cherokee for a week now and are loving it. It had a lowbeam and license plate light out when we bought it which we will have to fix ourselves but that should be easy.
