Bay Hill has been the best first home for my boyfriend and I the past year. We are sadly moving out due to our jobs in May and wish we could pick up Bay Hill and take it with us. We moved in last May (in the middle of covid) and we're a little worried we would not be able to use some of the amenities throughout the whole year but luckily we get to experience the gym for the next month or so! We have never had any issues with maintenance, staff, or any other residences throughout our time here. The leasing office, Christopher and Brandi, have been such amazing help throughout the year and we can't thank them enough! Absolutely loved it here and we are now onto the next chapter!

Great place to live, we have lived here for about 2 months and we love it. The property is kept clean and feels very safe. Everyone who lives here is very nice and friendly. There are great views since you are up on a hill. The front office is run by Chris and Brandi and they go above and beyond on everything and do a great job.

Chris, Brandy and maintenance staff are fantastic. The Bay Hill team, come in day to day ensuring this community is as comfortable and enjoyable to live in. As a resident, I notice their efforts and appreciate the communication of community activity and surrounding community. The Team has a strong open door policy to which they provide a tailor made feel to whatever the situation is. I always feel like I am being heard and results are usual seen in a timely matter. I made a good choice on what place I and my family call home.
