These people don't listen to you at all, they lost our bank statements and never returned my boyfriends birth certificate and hung up on me twice. They want the same info every month which won't change at all. They refuse to accept our SS award letters cause they are 60 days old but on the Final Provide letter it states that they want you to send an award letter that is current. I will be contacting an Attorney today to let them know that you did not send my boyfriends birth certificate back. 😡👎🤬

Me and my girlfriend have been on and off this list 3 or 4 times now and still gotten no where. My girlfriend has called so many times and they are still months away from processing our paper work. We have a child on the way and a two tear old and still living with family in a living room.

Very helpful and informative! Got me a voucher in less than half a year! Everyone was very nice and friendly! Went in and met with a pretty blonde girl who asked what I had and saw my blue packet and emediately let the lady in the back know and informed me she can meet me at the next window. She looked through the papers and was very pleased we had it all. Though.... We did put n/a on it and weren't supposed to.. They should put that on the paperwork so people don't forget. And they got back to us about it a couple days later! Very fast!
