they snipe puppies from shelters so they can sell them for a higher rehoming fee, leaving older dogs behind. my partner and i were going to adopt a dog we saw online together. the dog (a six-week-old puppy), along with its littermates, had been available for ONE day. ONE. my wife went to the shelter where the dog was being kept only to find ALL of the puppies from that litter had been "rescued" from critical pet rescue. thankfully she and i aren't picky and are interested in another dog from the shelter, but jesus christ.

Pat was great. Really helpful in my time of utter kaos with 2 kittens that the Mom left. And it's freezing out where I live. I couldn't get them in anywhere.. She was able to get a Foster for them as they were so small. I would highly recommend giving any donations to them if you can. Pat I really appreciate all your help and support. Joannie

Thank you Tony, we can't accept at this time do to overflow but the Josephine Co. Shelter may be able to use it. I would hate to see it go to waste. Or the ROC would take it also to help feed the dogs in lower income homes. We appreciate you thinking of us though.

No I'm sorry we don't. There is going to be a huge adoption event at PetSmart in Medford this coming weekend 22nd-24th though and several rescues and shelters will be there. Might be worth coming by to see. :)
