Always a great staff to work with here, never a issue

This place is laughably terrible. Made appointment for passport renewal only to show up and told that the person who does the appointment wasn't there and didn't feel like doing it. Pointed us to another post office for the trouble.

a package that was suppose to be delivered on the 7th, some how got it delay for the 11th. Under normal circumstances that would be okay. However package as it’s a gift and flying out on the 11. When tracking updates that packages arrived at San Bruno I called the head office to request a hold so I could come and pick it up myself. I also tried to call the San Bruno office at 9, but no one answered. I called every five minutes for an hour. I also got a case manager sending and email to the supervisor at San Bruno request a hold. She also tried to call but no one answered as well. I arrived to at 3:30 to pick up my package. Got told that it was not there and had been sent out at 11am. Only if the staff at San Bruno supervisor USPS do their job or answer the phone I would be able to pick up my package.

Usually pretty busy so waiting can be painful, but we recently got passports for the whole family and the process was so easy! I was shocked. The staff was great and very helpful.

When you enter your tracking number at www.usps.com what does it indicate?
Yes this time of season usps delivers 7 days a week from late November till late December. Amazon plus packages only. No first class mail or magazines on sundays.
Yes Monday through Saturday
Call the local post office to make an appointment. Waiting in line take 2 or 3 or 4 times longer. Also make phone call between 10am and 3pm when mail carriers are out of the office delivering mail so the staff can answer your questions and take more individual time. 7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm are the worst times to call a post office as almost all the staff is reparing mail for delivery, or returning to the office at the end of the day being chased by dogs, and sunburned.
Where do you drop mail? At post office? And where?if it is at post office in AM at San Bruno post office it should be there on Monday
Make an appointment..if not be prepared for two hours.they work appointment first then fill as you wait.
