Really disappointed in our stay. Dirty men's underwear in our room closet, mold everywhere in the bathroom, refrigerator didn't work, channel guide was completely useless. We had a pool suite, check in is supposed to be at 4, got there at almost 430 and it wasn't ready, had to wait. Two birthday parties going on in the pool room so our daughters were shoved to the corner of the pool while the other kids were completely chaotic. Pool was closed at 9 for what I'm assuming was vomit in the pool. I don't think we will be returning.

The staff was so awesome to me and my family last weekend me and my husband had our honeymoon there and the bar tender there was excellent she surprised us with a complementary dessert after our dinner I would highly recommend this hotel to stay at and the breakfast was awesome to

Very poor customer service. We were charged over $700 for two nights during parent weekend. We had a medical emergency and canceled with 72 hour notice. I even offered to provide medical paperwork… They said they were “unable to rent the room out that weekend” and refused to refund any of the money. We have been big fans of Best Western, but we won’t be staying here again. I am waiting to see how the corporate office handles this. Terrible costumer service. The last we stayed there the building was very dated too. I would recommend staying somewhere that isn’t a money hungry company, and actually care about their clients.

I go here every once in a while to donate blood. I've never actually stayed in a Best Western, but it is the most comfortable and aesthetically pleasing place I've ever donated blood. There is even a little fire ornament out front that you can use to cauterize your needle holes. It is legally dubious and frowned upon to walk straight out of the donation room to the swimming pool, but how else will you get your laps in while land locked in Moscow.
