American Tire Depot in Costa Mesa has excellent service. They were able to Get my specialty tires quickly and do a great job with repairs. It’s very easy to walk in and get services quickly

If zero stars was an option, that's what I would give. I went to this store 2 months ago for a flat tire repair. I handed my wheel lock key to the technician so that he could perform the service. I later found that he did not return my wheel lock key. When I called the store to notify that my wheel lock key was not returned, they claimed that the technician did not use my wheel lock key. I contacted customer service about this and they connected me with John Nguyen, the Area Director. He assured me that he would see that this issue would be resolved promptly. It has been over two months and they have failed to resolve this issue. At this point, I would not trust this location with the simple task of flipping a light switch.

Needed a tire patched on my F-150 as I was rolling around with a screw in it . Was not prepared to be treated so nicely let alone be told No Charge !! What ? Who does that these days! Well they have certainly earned a new customer and I will be buying all my tires including the ones for our team bus in the future! 🚴🚴🚴🚴🚴 Thanks again Tire Depot for bring back customer service ....👊👊👊
