Yes I agree with a lot of other people the sales department is excellent very professional but once you go into the service department it's another world...the 2 guys behind the counter look very angry..1 guy taking papers from the printer snatched the copies out so angry like they just demoted him.. the other guy looked to busy to set up an appointment for me or just didn't want to....the guy in parts looked upset like I owed him money to check a price for a part.....I walk out......Went to HEALY BROTHERS instead. What a difference in CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pretty horrendous service department. You’re honestly better to just drive your car into the Hudson River than deal with these incompetent clowns. Service manager Ryan doesn’t return calls, so that’s stellar. Also his staff covers for him and says he left for the day when he was in the back of the garage when I asked to speak to him. So professional!!! The tech who I went out with felt my vehicle duplicate the problem it was in for, and then once I left the dealership so they can work on the vehicle, all of a sudden it can’t be duplicated! So funny! By the way it is a major transmission problem, but they refuse to acknowledge it. If you want your time wasted, go to them. If you want to get frustrated, go to them. But if you want to be taken seriously, go somewhere else.

Ryan was great, my new truck had a recall they put me in a loaner car and got me on my way, repairs where completed in a few days. My truck is back running great. Great service and communication.
