Employees do not have adequate training on identifying IDs. I came in with an out of state ID and an employee named Taylor gave me an extremely hard time for no reason. My ID is valid, and if her training was "proper" as she stated to me I wouldn't have been kicked out of the store. She let me come in and shop, then when I was finished and at the counter, she refused to let me purchase my items because she didn't "feel comfortable" with my id. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional, assuming my ID was fake when she clearly wasn't trained on out of state IDs. I even offered to show my social security card as verification and she claimed it would do "nothing for her". Her attitude was nasty and she raised her voice. I was ready to make a nice purchase and was very satisfied with my items and the selection within the store. I will not be back, and anyone I know will not be coming here.

They have a nice selection of things, but their no return policy is a bit frustrating. I bought a vape cartridge from them that is broken, there is no air flow, and I tried all the methods of trying to unclog it but I believe it was just a defective cart. I was hopnig they could at least let me do an exchange with one that works, but their no return policy prohibits that. So 35 dollars down the drain :/. Also, their no phone policy is also frustrating and doesn't make sense. The workers are very friendly though and I've interacted with really knowledgeable people who were helpful.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly! They always seem to have a good knowledge of the product's in the store to steer me towards the right purchase!

Staff aren't knowledgeable of their products. Wife went there for a replacement piece, gave them the info for what she needed, they sold her the wrong thing and then just shrugged their shoulders and said they don't do returns or exchanges when she went back. If you ever want your money back you'll have or go to your bank to dispute the charges for their mistake. Just wanted to exchange. Would've appreciated that thanks. Piece has the tags on it still. I'm not sure what I need to be more considerate of? You'd think when you went to a store for help that they would actually know what they're taking about and own up to their mistake when they didn't. Oh well guess not.
