Best tire shop I've been to. I did my tire rotation and balance from them today. Only took them like 30-40 mins. Very efficient and professional crew they got here! I have matte black aftermarket wheels and I noticed they even used black colored tire balance weights to match my wheel color. I love this nice touch of detail! Most tire shop don't do that. This attitude to detail makes their shop the best. For Tesla owners out there: get your tires from them and they do your balance and rotation FOR FREE! Tesla mobile service charges you 65 bucks for tire rotation only. Balance is not even included! Their technicians know their stuff so you don't need to worry about damaging your battery pack.

Awful phone service and overcharged for warranty service for thirteen years. I was using them back east, too. Nice bays and there were lots of money tips from wealthy clients, however they treated my phone calls to remove me from their marketing with a hang up. I am a veteran of wars and do not appreciate the lack of respect. I can't believe I paid sp much for insurance on my tires and I can just return them, instead of paying $408.00 for two more new tires post COVID wear and tear.

This review is strictly only for the 2 employees that had had attended me on my last visit Saturday June 25. Lupe had greeted me and was so nice and polite and did whatever he could to reassure that I will be taken care of. Not one time did I feel like I was being left out in the dark or unattended to or waiting for an unnecessary amount of time. He answered all of my concerns, kept me updated with the status and details for my service request. When my car was available the person who was working on my tire greeted me with a smile and was so polite and respectful. I believe his name is Freddie. I hope I’m not wrong because he definitely deserves to know that he is appreciated. Job well done fellas! 😊 I also had a visit back in April and the person attending me which I will not mention was very rude and inattentive. Sincerely, The customer with the black Dodge Challenger. America's Tires was fantastic the reason for four stars is I ordered my tires and they came a day later and they were supposed to after I took the day off to get my tires installed. They also told me that it would take 35 minutes once I showed up with my truck it took a little over an hour. Still pretty quick but not 35 minutes. All the guys there were fantastic and I love my new tires. I would definitely recommend them because the price was way better than Big O by the tune of over $300.
