JIMMY!!! I called OC motorcycle just hoping someone could guide me in the right direction on a motorcycle purchase (not from OC motorcycle). Jimmy went above and beyond and provided exemplary customer service to someone who WAS NOT even his customer! I can't tell you how cool it is to see people like Jimmy offering their expertise and guidance when it does not benefit him in any way. I am going to guess Jimmy is an example of the culture that OC motorcycle embodies. 10/10

I was having nothing but problems ordering a part from my local triumph dealer here in Minnesota. Called these guys after finding out they had the part in stock, and Jay went above and beyond making sure it was the correct part for me before shipping it directly to my door. He was extremely patient and helpful. My bike wouldn't be up and running it it wasn't for these guys. Thanks again for the amazing customer service, it's a rare thing to find these days.

Great customer service when dealing with OC motorcycles. I easily traded in my 2013 Triumph Street Triple for a 2018 model they had with under 50 miles. Well worth the ride from North Hollywood. Wedrick also took some great photos of my bike before I left for me to share with friends.

The staff is awesome. I traveled from central CA to their shop and met some wonderful people. Me and my wife purchased a new Vespa and not one time pressured into purchasing anything else. Then we had to bring the Vespa home. The staff at the mechanic shop helped us load and strap our new Vespa. They took the extra time to get it strapped securely for our long drive back. I would recommend purchasing your next bike there. Again to all the staff, thank you very much.
