Horrible Place doing terrible customer service! I lived here three months shy of two years. Every few months I had water coming through my ceiling in multiple areas of my apartment. Including during heavy rains my front windows would pour water in . The issue was never properly addressed, sometimes I was even told the same things happened in staff members apartments and they just lived with it. The entire time I live there I kept my apartment Immaculate to the point of management asking me to use my apartment as a display to try to get refinanced. Which I kindly agreed to every single time. After about the eighth time of water coming through my ceiling I began to look for a new place to live. When I found one I gave proper notice and explained why I was breaking my lease 3 months early. I cleaned my apartment very well before I moved out, but I was still informed that I would not be receiving my deposit back due to breaking my lease. This is extremely frustrating that being kind and helpful,Never paying my rent late and living with incompetent repairs in constant water damage,that in the end I would be denied my deposit. I do not recommend this property to anyone looking for a new home! Beware and look elsewhere!

Constant water issues & damage. Repairs never done properly. Constant excuses given for why repairs aren't done property. Adults & children constantly begging on property,including ringing door bell at any hour of day. Not all units come w/dish washer or washer & dryer hook ups & public laundry area is pathetic. Wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE!

I called multiple times. I emailed multiple times. Just to ask about availability and pricing and they never once answered my calls or emails or got back to me. Bad customer service for if you would like people to move into this complex. I was suggesting it to a friend due to looking very nice and affordable but even they were turned off by the lack of communication.

Love love love my apartment and ms kay couldn't ask for a more understanding but yet fair property manager and chuy is awesome very nice property only issue is neighbor underneath me is something else going to be sad to leave this July will miss such great staff.....
