Just moved in and everyone and everything has been super great. Mandy in the office is amazing and easy to work with. The maintenance guy fixed all the problems right away.

We waited over a half hour for the manager. There was no sign up indicating that she was showing properties. It wasn't lunch time. A few disgusted residents noted this was a regular occurrence.

We love it here! The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are nice, and Mandy has been absolutely wonderful to work with! She has made us feel welcomed and has taken great care of us and made the moving process SO easy. The maintenance guy is also great and very friendly. Our home is beautiful and surprisingly very spacious, and we love the open floor plan.

It is most infuriating that I have a fence and yet I am forced to have my dog with me on a leash at all times in a fenced yard because it is the rules of this community. It is not pet friendly. Nor is it a fun place to live. Water gets shut multiple times a week for at least an hour it is cloudy or brown and it smells. They change management often. Rising prices every year. Adding fees. I would not suggest to anyone to move in here. Talk to someone that lives here before you decide to move in to see if it is a good fit. I will be happy to show you my lease that is about 50 pages of what not to do. If I could give a zero-star I believe I would.
