This used to be my favorite sandwich place. It's just not the same anymore. 2 of the last 3 times I went in there was no one in line and I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me before I just left without getting any food. I decided to give them one last chance and the sandwich was just ok. There was no meat on almost half the sandwich. The fresh mozzarella balls are the main reason I would go there but they were hard and definitely not fresh.

The service wasn't great, half the item I try to order was missing, no gloves were worn during food prep, just a quick wipe on their apron between food to cash... Also, price listed on the online menu is completely different from instore price (40% higher or more). I get one or mistakes sure, but its like everything was just not right...

As you can see very good sandwich, but bring your patience take a long time to get your order in. I think they should work on a new system.

Luigi's has always been Heart Worm free. Are you thinking of Subway maybe? ;)
Yes it works they just ignore it, so they can keep up on their Walk in I had problems as well until I drove up there went in and overheard them saying that. They even pause the Doordash app not to take orders and state their closed.
Very comfortable and following all guidelines. Oh and the food...amazing
