I was told initially that they wouldn’t be able to get all the dog hair I did the complete detail $46 I didn’t go over car when done so I guess that’s my error I did notice area where it didn’t get touched (coffee spill) I went back two days later Lavonge Henderson without any hesitation or attitude cleaned area for me He wouldn’t even take a tip Things happen but you always get a problem trying to get something corrected Thank you Lavonge!!!!! Hope his manager sees this review

Horrible! Car still had soda stains on the outside, where my son spilled a drink. Floor of car barely vacuumed. Called the manager over to my car after cleaning, to share my experience. Rob told me, "well, we vacuumed. If it comes up. It comes up...if it don't, it don't." I could not believe, what I was hearing. Don't waste your time or money.

I went to the Hull Street location and paid for the RVA wash. Someone sprayed and/or wiped something they shouldn't have on my instrument panel, radio and temperature panel and destroyed it. Now it has this awful haze on it. I own a 2016 Toyota Sienna Limited and I take very good care of my vehicle. I spoke with 2 people there before I left and they just denied, denied, denied that they had caused the damage. They claim the only thing they use to clean ALL surfaces (seats, dash, etc) is an alcohol based window cleaner. That doesn't even make any sense at all. I regret ever going to this place. Now I have to pay someone to fix this mess that Car Pool caused because of course it's my word against there's.
