The lady who was able to notarize seemed to avoid me for a while. After I asked her how long I should wait, she slammed a phone, a stamp, and a notary record book very harshly several times right in front of my daughter. Her negative demeanor made us feel unsafe. Her harsh manners make customers uncomfortable. I have never seen an adult throw a tantrum in a store before.

Made an appointment to get something notarized - called an hour prior to appt time to confirm because we were on time deadline… Showed up and we’re told “notary” had to make an impromptu visit to another store and we could come back in an hour to hour and 30 minutes… We didn’t and won’t return.

Before today I've never been charged a fee to make an Amazon return and I've made many returns at this location. If the material expense is so much why offer me a FREE receipt on the same paper you just tried to charge me for. Your staff seemingly picks and chooses who gets charged this fee and who gets the sign pulled out from behind the counter that says $2 fee written in marker.
