Just generally annoyed with this papa John's. 2 times in a row now massive air bubbles in the pizza. Just busted all together.

We took a break from ordering here for a couple months because the quality of our orders was really poor. Decided to give them another try the other day and this was the result. Pretty much sums up our experience.

We have been going to Papa Johns as our regular pizza place. This time we ordered two medium, two topping pizzas both of which had almost no toppings, and cheese / sauce did not cover - there were more than 2 inches of crust with no sauce or cheese.

Worst experience ever!!! I may never order at Papa Johns again. Ordered a pizza tonight shortly after 10PM. the order said 35-45 minutes. Finally received pizza at almost midnight. Opened up a chat session. Agent told me to fill out the feedback form. Feedback form would not accept the order number given on your tracker page. Received box finally at midnight with no order number that I could fill out the feedback form. Agent disconnected my chat. To say that Papa John's sucks is an understatement. The good news is that even though the pizza was cold when received, the jalapeno poppers are delicious. I am afraid that if I order them again I will be dead by the time I receive them. I should have ordered from the local pizza joint Chanellos. Pizza is not much more expensive, but they actually deliver, and the pizza is better.
