I work close by so it was an easy choice. Little did I know it would be the best thing I've done for myself in years! Erica was so kind and friendly. I was quite nervous to choose a new haircut after years of same plain style and she helped me relax and enjoy myself. The cut came out perfect, color as well! Highly recommend. My experience here was TERRIBLE. I came in asking for blonde highlights, and I told the woman that my hair was fragile. I knew that this process was damaging, so I asked that she used the lowest volume developer, and to be extremely careful. Buckets of 40 volume developer and an hour later, my hair was absolutely fried. She did not tone the color, and I left the salon with fried, yellow hair. I was very dissatisfied, and told her that this was unacceptable, and she told me this was what I wanted and I paid and left. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
