got food doordashed from this location. TERRIBLE! chicken was so raw it was unbelievable. fries were disgustingly cold and hard. corn has absolutely no flavor. called the phone number multiple times to have this taken care of. and of course no answer. DO BETTER. if you just don’t want to work leave and let someone better run the business.

Placed a very large order online and picked it up. It was missing biscuits, gravy, fries, and the chicken was dry and tasteless. Called several times, no answer. Someone finally picked up on the fourth try. I was told to call the customer service office which btw is closed until Monday. Better off going to the nearby Bojangle’s.

3 months ago ordered family dinner and all 6 biscuits were hard as bricks. Two weeks ago ordered family dinner and 2 large sides were only filled 1/4 empty and received no biscuits (due 6) .So called and mgr had an attitude and was in a big rush. Don’t believe we are going back

I wish i could choose zero stars!! Ordered popcorn chicken and it was SO OLD, COLD, AND HARD AS A ROCK! My babies literally couldn’t even bite them! This chicken looks like it was cooked hours ago and had jus been sitting under the lamp smh.
