AVOID this place! NIGHTMARE for parents! I’ve paid $100 deposit before the party and was told it will deduct from the party payment. HOWEVER I noticed this deposit was not deducted from the payment immediately after the party and the staff called the manager in front of me, told me that the deposit will go back to my card within 3-5 days. I trust them and went home.2 weeks past no refund at all! I have called them multiple times and even went to your location again! They told me the manager will call me back. But I’ve never gotten any call back!! Where is the manager? And is it the way you run this place as party for kids but nightmare for parents?!!! Now more than 2 months past, I still haven’t got the money back!!!

We were really disappointed with the service. We understand the pandemic situation but when we are celebrating kids birthday we have some good expectation but this place does not full-fill our needs ( each and everything we have to ask) they did not offer everything on what we paid for.

My son's school had an event tonight. We had a lot of fun. Staff was awesome!

Place: I was expecting more stuffs to do like Dave and Buster's but it's just a huge place with ballooned playground. I'm expecting more and the slide is too high. Not safe for under 7 years old. Limited plays to do so I bet big kids would probably get bored. Staff: Approachable and receptionist smiles. Price: We just got treated so I don't know the exact price but I remember it's around $7 to $8. We came late like 15 mins before closing time. (Union city) Still the same price for general admission, doesnt matter if you came early or late. The nicest part is that after play, they'll get Dippin dots (single)
