My old specialist MYHANH acts like a WITCH. This Asian dungeon dragon treated me bad just because I am disabled and the government helps me like they did her ancestors. She acts like she wants the free rent too. They need to fire her a*# get her out of the office.Hire someone who wants to give people a chance to change their life like our ancestors helped them and their selfish community.

This office is equivalent to my experience in San Francisco! Workers aren’t doing a good job and the specialist act like they aren’t getting paid because they hardly work on the cases they are getting paid to manage. It is such a shame how they are treating people this is a GOVERNMENT RAN PROGRAM!! It doesn’t cost the specialist anything. Why can’t people just be kind to one another? There is enough going on in the world right now. Racism and laziness does not contribute to society.

I really used to love this office! Now that Covid slowed the work down I personally see too many problems at this place that should be addressed. Not all of the specialist are lazy and useless let’s just say MOST of them are and it is a shame how the public gets treated it affects the community. This office really needs to get cleaned up maybe one day things will go back to normal.

The place is awesome but my worker oh my God she is very rude to me and not helpful. She takes a long time to get my paperwork done.

Go to a public WiFi hor spot , and open your email on your Chrome book or cell phone. Email doesn't go away, just need to access it. The Portal doesn't affect this, other than remembering your User Name / password.
You just sign up, every county is different. Santa Cruz is faster than San jose.. so we're ever you are just call Housing authority and they can tell you how to sign up
It depends on your income
If you go to 211.org or the city website and click the housing link you will see affordable housing links. The housing authority website seems to only have a BMR housing which is far higher than income based apartments. Or if you just Google affordable apartments Santa Clara county you will see different companies whom have affordable apartment complexes and give you links to each complex in which you have to fill out SEPERATE applications or interest forms. Also EVERY complex is supposed to put aside ten percent of their apartments for low income rentals (BMR) if you call any complex you see for rent and ask if they have BMR rentals available you may get in town affordable apartment where you want to live
Santa Clara county public records. Also the court clerk's office since an addition takes multiple permits to build. Also property records should be able to be searched with at the city website or court clerk's office
You said it ask goggle just like that senior low incom apt in morganhill
I'm no expert on these issues. Maybe contact Housing Authority and ask questions. Or 311?
I would try on line, but at the Housing Authority outside in the front, they have shelves with information on rentals and add ons. If not call and ask for the officer of the day.
Everything is by drop box or e-mail. You can get thru the phone between 7 to 9am and ask for the officer of the day.
Hi Hong, Please contact our Owner Omburdsperson Susanne Cordova at 888-827-7091, she can help with accessing the 1099 tax form.
