Public defenders like to call and harras people with fake "discovery" . Be careful w the fat guy w glasses used to work at the palo alto court house. its very important to do some homework on your case (google searches), and become familiar w the law that applies to your case because these public defender will lie on what evidence is permitted in court, in hopes that the defendant will just plead. That's how dirty the public defender's are. Do your homework folks

Call the san Jose p.d.office, I'm almost positive they will comne t you right then and there,that is you call at 8:00a.m. on Monday ...but you didn't mention what type of law he does. Like criminal law, or, civil , or I should he a legal bulldog in in which he would get ,let's say for instance, get a murder case together for either the defence lawyer, or, for the district attorney. Meaning he's the work hours, who sheperdises finding all the case law in which would push there case to either an equitel or badically he would win the case period....
