Love their flowers. The delivery man could not originally find the house I was sending flowers to but he called me and had me explain where to go. He was very helpful and wanted to make sure the flowers got delivered to the correct place. Very thankful!

One of the worst places I have EVER worked with. I called to see if they had an estimate on delivery time, and the man I spoke to was extremely rude and not helpful in the slightest. I would’ve been fine if he said he wasn’t sure, but he decided to be absolutely awful for no reason. Will never order from this place ever again.

What an exceptional experience with Valley Flowers. Outstanding customer service. The flowers were just as magnificent as pictured. I would have given them 10 stars if I could have!!!!The delivery person ran into a snag delivering the flowers to the hospital, the person they were delivering to had gone into ICU and the hospital wasn’t accepting the delivery. The delivery person called me quite a few times, but I had missed the calls but he did leave a message and I received an email. I spoke to the owner and he was so pleasant and said they will call the hospital every day to see if the person is out of ICU and guaranteed fresh flowers. He provided the best customer service I have ever had! I recommend them for all of your flower/plant needs!!!!
