Store shelves were all half empty, not a good selection of items and the store had no bags to put items in..very inconvenient..

Love going to Big Lots for some things I can't find elsewhere. Their prices are usually good & they often offer unique finds. The store could be more organized & they desperately need more staffing. The also really need to clean up, stock & improve their restrooms. It is so important to have soap & clean toilets. The hand dryers are a good choice since shoppers are so inconsiderate & through paper on the floor too often. Nevertheless, they really need to do a better job maintaining a cleaner, more sanitarily safe bathroom. Other than that, th we available staff I've encountered there lately has been more than helpful & they work their butts off. Thank you so much for your services Staff people at this Hercules Big Lots!
