Update: Today 8-23-2022 I received death threats from the unit above me after asking them to quite down at 4:25 am. The exchange at Bayfront doesn’t take these matters seriously. I am a new tenant that have been experiencing being awaken out of my sleep do to loud noises in the middle of the night from the unit above me. I’ve complained and sent in video recordings to the office manager 11 times with no results. I’ve have even complained to courtesy patrol advised by the office manager. I was informed by courtesy patrol that they only patrol the exchange at Bayfront during the hours of 6pm-2am. I’ve had to go as far as calling the cops which is all being documented. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants a piece of mind.

Management is poor. Unresponsive, irresponsible, and liars. If there's an issue, they deny it and push it back to residents. Shame that it's a nice property, but management has ruined it.

The ladies at the office are great! They’re trying their best...With that being said; buyers be wary. I’ve let management know that my air conditioning is not working in my place, and the issue has yet to be resolved. When I first moved in, my AT&T cable was not working, it took three weeks to get a cable technician out. Lastly, I hear loud rap music outside of my windows at all times of the day/night, as if someone is constantly partying in their vehicles outside of the establishment. Covid-era is coming to an end, you’d think everyone would try and get back to work and become a working asset to society again. On a positive note, the complex and all areas within are kept very clean and tidy. This community is truly a beautiful place, just with a few issues at hand...

We welcome two pets per apartment home. Cats, dogs, fish, and caged birds are welcome, while poisonous and exotic animals are excluded. There is a weight restriction of 40 pounds, and breed restrictions apply. Fees include a $500 deposit per pet (dogs and cats) with a monthly pet fee of $50 per pet (dogs and cats.) Breed Restrictions: Akitas, American Bull Dog, Chowchows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canario, Rottweilers, St. Bernard, and Staffordshire Terriers. We reserve the right to restrict breeds. Pets may be viewed by Management prior to approval. We reserve the right to decline or revoke permission for any pet that causes disturbances or is a safety thread A current (within 30 days) good health certificate from a veterinarian is required.
The majority of our parking is within our secured underground parking garage. There is ample parking for guests. Personal garages are available as well, and assigned to some units.
No, all utilities are paid separate from rent.
