i just so love this place, live here for 4 years with my baby girl and hubby. the environment is always clean . and i meet the security guys so many times at 5-7pm feel safe here. Pierre and Cody (The Maintenance Team ) are always kind and polite. Jessica(management) has always been extremely responsive with my emails. nothing to complain about .

Honestly I’ve been living here for over a year now and i can’t think of any bad things to say about this complex. Pierre and Cody are the best they’re always on top of everything maintenance wise and want nothing more than for everyone to be happy in their own space. Jessica is always super responsive and will answer right away with any questions we have. Overall one of the best environments I’ve lived in so far.

The apartment community was beautiful. Jessica was very polite and patient with me and my children. The area was nice and being close to the water is a plus for us. I loved it.

Rent is 2k to 4k a month (model depending) with 600$ deposit. 100% of building shared utilities which can run anywhere from 80$ to 150$. PG&E is usually 40$ a month (must set up your own account). One parking spot is 50$ a month (additional spot is an additional 100$). Pet is 50$ a month per animal with 500$ deposit. They may also request your first born child.
There will be a Korean BBQ opening next month.
