Outstanding customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy. No job is too small. Everyone is very patient. The most mundane questions are answered with patience and in terms an average Joe can understand. No concern anyone will try to up-sell you. I own several bikes, a couple of which has been looked over and/or serviced by Steve, Frank, Doug, Andy, and Will.

Very conscientious of their covid-19 procedures. They have very few people in the store if any. You wait in line and they will assist you from there. They require masks and if you are asked to come into the store you must have your temperature taken excellent store! Good customer service and selection. Highly recommend
