from the front desk to the young lady that roomed me and took me to the mammogram room to seeing the same radiologist that did my mammogram last yr. everyone was super friendly and i love coming here for care. being an ex cna and working with some of the best ob/gyn doctors in the bay i walk in expecting the same kind of service we gave our patients and that's exactly the care i recieve and i love it.

facility is easy to get to from freeway. It’s cleaned, organized and plenty of free parking. Radiology technician is friendly and attentive.

Clean and modern space. Kind and respectful staff. Physicians/technicians were professional. Went in for a blood test. Entire visit took less than an hour, including registering and on boarding as new patient. Blood draw was quick and easy, barely even felt the needle. Plenty of parking space. Overall, very satisfied.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! I wish I could give no stars 🙄 I had to leave Children's Hospital because I turned 21 in January of this year so I had to find a new doctor but I couldn't… so my pediatrician referred me to Dr. Malone but it took me 9 months to get an appointment and it was rescheduled for a whole month later! Also that means that I was out of medicine for longer than I should’ve.. when I finally went into the office to see Dr. Malone she was asking me questions that I felt she should’ve know.. she went to school but didn’t know a simple procedure I previously had and giving my history with Low iron and more I expected to have blood work but nope she just spend 10 minutes talking about how she takes medicine for mental health but still got the COVID vaccine… when I called for a prescription of my medication that I needed to take she told me I didn’t need it (how would she know? She didn’t test anything!) and every last one of those who answered the phone were rude as heck expect for one nice guy! They women were rude and just hung up in my face when all I wanted to do was get in touch or receive a call back from Dr. Malone. I can’t wait to find a different doctor 🥺

Yes there is a parking lot. If you are going south on San Pablo as you come up to the building slow down and you will see a street on the right that runs between Mac Donald's and Johm Muir turn right then go slowly down the street until you see the ramp that takes you to the parking lot which is on the roof.
No, sorry. I go there for blood work. It's quick and easy, and there's plenty of parking.
