Nice product selection, friendly, helpful staff. Shoppers are able to earn fuel points, including by buying select featured gift cards (change weekly & noted in circulars). Downsides are the high prices for produce. Corn on the cob used to be much cheaper. Summer fruits at $3.49/lb., only reduced when spending $25+. Small families or people only getting a few items shouldn't have to buy more to get the same sales. This is esp. true when it may be a small family. Slow moving 🤖. Also, they removed the price checkers from the store. They need to replace those!!! There are times when prices aren't clearly marked or there's uncertainty if items are on sale or not. Waiting to find out until checkout only slows the line down! Thank you.

They need better variety of Fancy Feast wet cat food. Other stores have plenty yet they always seem to have some but either sold out or just don't stock many flavors.

I love this store. Favorite thing about it is always clean. However deli is suffering. Always a line and nobody in any hurry to help,especially on weekends. However my last straw was on a Wednesday afternoon there was 3 people in line and it took 30 minutes to get a pound of lunchmeat.

I know why I keep going back to Giant. It's because it was close to where I was living at the time. I'd buy at the deli and every time I said it would be my last. The people at the deli or extremely slow and they did not seem to enjoy their job at all and it showed. I found the prices on their cold cuts to be rather expensive. I had been living in San Diego and the cold cuts in San Diego were much less than they were here at Giant. I did not find their prices to be. I'll say reasonable I would say they were on the high price side. Management should evaluate the staffing in the deli department I spoke to a couple people in the store there who also felt that they were slow and on the expensive side. They need to do something with the deli to get better customer service, if you're going to pay top dollar you should be getting top service and I don't feel I was getting it. That's where I took my business elsewhere

This Giant has gone down hill in the past year! They replaced half the staff with self check out(that always break down) and a robot to clean. Some of the few employees they do are really nice and others are rude and nasty! Id find another store if I were you.
I do smokes turkey breasts and SIDES but need to know this week.we also do seafood appetizers and entrees.
