This is a GOOD popeyes! The employees were sweet and helpful. My food was CORRECT!!! Oh yes! Nothing worse than your cheat food that you been looking forward to being messed up lol Everything was clean and fresh. You could tell cause it wasn't all dried out.

July 3, 2022 Order Number 677. Attempted to order. Was rushed so I wasn't able to give the full order to the order taker. Upon arriving at the window, I said my order was not complete and I needed to add some items. I was told by the order taker (Marquan) that I couldn't add items at the drive through. They ended up doing it anyways but gave me attitude afterwards. I picked up on this and was not able to complete my order (not able to add the addtional items I wanted). Had to ask for my receipt, was not thanked for my business. Completely unprofessional and I left unsatisfied. I've been going to this Popeyes for a while and this experience was not good.

What an awful experience in this Popeyes. I ordered a simple 3 piece chicken lunch, the place was empty of patrons except for 2 cars in the drivethru. They had plenty of staff who seemed to be having a good time chatting away with each other with no apparent daily chores to do even though there was signs of trash on the floors and outside. My Togo order was not check by me until I got back to my vehicle. ICE COLD CHICKEN... seriously? You had one job... and you completely failed at that. From the cook who gave it to the server.... To the server girl who took my order.. and she never added the secondary extra items I asked for. ...They seemed like they could care less if your order is right or wrong. I had to drive around thru the driveway and tell the girl server what I was given. I said politely "My Chicken is cold" She then took the bag of food from me,stuck her fingers on the meat and never said a word to me. Not sure if it wasn't cook all the way Or just left there for an over extended amount of time. I heard her ask the cook for another 3 piece, this time gave me another chicken order...(it was the regular and not spicy like I initially asked for...but at least that was "slightly " warmer.) No...."we're so sorry" No apologies what so ever. Just gave me the bag and walked away. Man....what an awful customer service. I will never go to this place ever again as long as that staff is working there... Now let's hope I don't get sick from the chicken I did eat. FAIL FAIL FAIL AVOID AVOID AVOID! I seriously hope none of this staff EVER get other jobs in the food service industry..EVER.

Staff was pleasant. Order was correct. The driveway was longer than expected for a Tuesday night however it didn't take as long as the line looked. Tried to go inside but wasn't open, which is the reason didn't give 5 stars.
