These people try. I will admit that and only that . Can and should they try harder. Yes . Whenever i go there i get in and get out. No lollygagging they can be rude and unprofessional. And that is on there good says . I have them 3 stars to give them the benefit of a doubt. They are helping the homeless after all. ( or so they say) I will say one more thing in there defense. They have a new guy named Terry doing the mail there and that is one department that is running alot smoother. I believe because of him..

At the very least we can answer weather or not it is worth you coming. 510.653.3808 The clerk at the front desk name is Terry. He can check your box over the phone.
