Worse place I ever went. No call from aftercare with your instructions then you get yelled at for not doing anything. And yes I mean yelled at. By multiple people. When they didn't follow through. What good does an appointment do if you can't apply the things the doctor ordered to you ???

West Oakland Health Clinic is horrible. The doctors and staff are lazy and unprofessional. All they want is your money. I would advise anyone who really has something wrong and really need a doctor to help. Don't go there because they really don't care, and this is coming from someone who knows everyone in that clinic. Bypass that building.

Terrible at scheduling. The doctor will be late for that phone appointment or just never show up until days later when you're busy. They will force you to wait extra MONTHS for broken teeth. They lost my glasses after 16 weeks of waiting for them to come in. And the doctors are kind of rude. They won't let me bring in my professional grade mask but they'll hand me an oversized one that doesn't fit. They also don't enforce mask wearing well. Good place to get sick then not get any help.

They couldn't care less about you. Was supposed to have a phone appointment today, but the dr. Never called. I tried calling over 10 times to speak with the doctor, or get any info, and got no answers. This is a week after the doctor was supposed to have called for a follow-up appointment, which never occurred.
