Amazing customer service. I had a nail in my tire I was hoping to have repaired before leaving for a road trip the next day. I tried several local places that were able to accommodate in a few hours, but I had no ride home in between. I was given an estimate of a one hour wait, and my car headed into the garage in exactly one hour. Thank you so much!

The work they do is fine. The location is convenient and hours are good. However, just waited a ridiculous amount of time to pick my car up due to lengthy conversations with the customer before me. While I admire the desire to help that customer and make small talk about their day, the waiting room continued to fill up with customers who just wanted to drop-off or pick up their car.

Reliable service every time! This is our go to place for local tires. We have been customers for years and will continue to be since they fit us in to a busy schedule each time we are in need. The tires we have purchased are solid and they even helped us recently for no charge when one tire would not inflate for us. We have found their rates to be competitive.

Had oil changed and tires rotated. Lug nuts on front passenger side wheel was not tightened up. 3 lugs were off and rolling around inside the center cap. The noise was noticed by a coworker. We took the center cap off and the lug nuts fell off. luckily two were tight This is totally unacceptable.
