First I'll start by saying that I love the shift in staffing. Everyone is very pleasant and works so hard to keep this place an enjoyable place to live. The community is cute, my neighbors are great, and again I can't emphasize enough how sweet the office staff is. The walking trail across the street along the river is very enjoyable. There is definitely room for improvement but overall 4 stars.

I moved here in July of 2020 and have had nothing but great experiences. The pool is great and the exercise room has everything I need. I've worked with the people at the office several times and have been very pleased with how they respond to questions or concerns. The location is perfect! The Pointe is right on the trail - it's about a 25-30 minute ride on bike to downtown Phoenixville. Victory Park is less than a block away and is a hidden gem in town. Also, it's a safe and easy walk to several bars and restaurants and even SoulJoel's! Couldn't be happier with my experiences at The Pointe at River Glen so far!

This was my first apartment experience. I've been here for about a year. I moved out of my parents home to this apartment complex. Everyone in the office is always very welcoming and helpful. The maintenance guys are cool and always make it a point to see how things are going when they see me out and about. The train is a little annoying at first but you get used to it. I have a one bedroom and the size of the unit is perfect and it came with a washer and dryer in the unit which is an added bonus. I walk my dog on the trail by the river daily too. The community seems relatively quiet, some noise but nothing that wasn't expected. Overall I'm pleased with the experience. I think it's a lot easier for people to come on here and write a negative review when they aren't happy and those who are happy don't take the time to put their 2 cents in. So here is mine, take it for whatever it's worth. I'll be happily staying for another year.

I’ve been a resident here for about a year and a half before moving into a house with my significant other and I would have to say this place is great! I love the views and I’ve always felt safe at this location! Being my first apartment I was really scared to go into this alone but a couple of women Mary and Kendra helped tame my anxiety and they made the process so easy for me! I definitely felt very relax going into this and that’s why I’m sad to say that chapter of my life has closed. But I recommend if you are trying to find a spacious and safe apartment for yourself or even your children who are trying to find their perfect first apartment I really recommend this facility! I also really recommend you request to speak to Mary or Kendra especially if you felt as worried as I did starting out!
