Amazing place I love it here this is like a toy store for me
No Sir
This review is regarding the drum dept only which occupies the whole 2nd floor. There hasn't been anyone working there since covid. No one. Not a soul. For 2 years. Need help with something? Better figure out yourself. Brand new drumsticks being opened and left everywhere. No sticks stocked...most are still sitting in the bulk packaging and not shelved properly. It's wild. This is San Francisco's flagship store? If you need anything for drums, hit the San Mateo location. Drums here is a waste of time.

Got all the equipment I needed for my podcast. Very knowledgeable team! I wish I listened to the speakers the guy chose as well, my choice was probably not the best. I'll be back next week to fix that 😏! Got all this except the Rodecaster Pro from the San Mateo location. I got one more podmic from the San Francisco location cuz San Mateo was sold out.

I recently (first week of November '21) made a purchase in the Pro Audio department at this location, only to end up having the need to return the same item less than a week later. Both visits that I made to conduct these transactions were on weekdays, around noon. I have no complaints whatsoever about the stores cleanliness or the staff (GC's employees are generally regarded as condescending, to put it mildly) and I was able to get in & out of the store in 15mins or less both times. I purchased a pair of Sennheiser HD280 Pro Headphones from a gentleman who ended up being the same employee to assist me with the subsequent return. He was knowledgeable and polite (and masked at all times, as were all of his coworkers) and didn't give me any grief about the return, which i have run into more than once at GC over the years. Overall, the store is clean, the employees are friendly and the place was damn near empty in both cases. I'm not sure what the issue is with the guitar Center website not allowing any items to be purchased and shipped or picked up from this location, but rest assured that it is fully stocked and definitely worth a visit. Don't try to come by if you're just going to play the guitars, though. They don't have any line cables sitting out for people to just hook up and play due to the coronavirus. 5/5, would visit again.

Could you repeat your question, please?
Yes
Yes they do
Guitar Center on Van Ness announced they were gona be open for pick up. Unless they closed down again. Have you tried calling them. Check their website and choose a pock up store. Blessings
I suggest checking the Guitar Center website and calling local stores before you arrive.
It probably a 12v take it with you to a best buy or some place liked it and they will have one if not they can easily order one..v
Probally
I think not friend. Tomorrow is going to be the day to buy things with little money.
They do have pretty much everything. And if they don't they'll order it for you!
The website indicates what they have in stock
This is not a forum to ask questions directly to the store.
I bought mine second hand from them so they probably do
No
