Badly mis-managed, they definitely don't put residents first. The buildings are old and may need repairs or constant renovation, so expect sound and workers in your building all the time My apartment needed work in the middle of my lease term and there were workers in the apartment all the time and I had to live out of two apartments for a while and they don't care about making the right arrangements and are not empathetic or provide guidance on how long the work might take. Especially the person I dealt with (Michael Petuya) during my residence manager's absence was pathetic. He needs to learn some people skills.

I'm a resident of Greentree. Been there 3 years. I love their properties and their maintenance is speedy. They do personal touches. Every building is clean and the managers are really nice

I've had nothing but a negative experience with this property management company. They treat you like a number with no respect for your home, privacy or neighborhood. There's constant construction in the building whether they are remodeling or converting the units from large studios to small 1 bedrooms, large 1 bedrooms to small 2 bedrooms and etc. They destroy the units by eliminating closet space, shrink the size of the bedrooms so you barely fit a bed, and their main target clients are out-of-towners who are either clueless or don't have the time to adequately search for other options. They prey on the out-of-towners who will lease out of convenience then leave after their lease ends in a year which they prefer short term renters for profit. They avoid disclosing construction projects like ADUs which are converting garage space into livable apartments so they can charge enormous rent instead of providing car and bike parking for the existing residents. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS!

I have lived at 735 O’Farrell St for over a year now and have been amazed at how awesome this company and management is! Every request or issue I’ve had has been fixed promptly without hesitation (including dropping my keys down the elevator shaft, holding onto my packages, etc). The building manager, Anthony, has been SO kind and accommodating. He responds immediately and is always willing to help. I have felt extremely safe and looked after living here, and can’t recommend it enough.
