I have had this company come out multiple times when I've had issues with different appliances. They've always been quick efficient and at a good cost. This is by far my go-to when I need anything appliance related scheduled.

I can't recommend Banceu's enough! They responded to my voicemail right away and when their technician arrived, he was courteous, and respectful, followed Covid masking protocols, and even had a cat toy on hand for my "curious but will cut you" cat. I especially appreciated that the technician worked quickly (didn't linger to drive up the price) and explained what he was doing so I could learn while watching. 10/10 would use again and would recommend!

What a wonderful experience. Chris showed up and explained everything about my washers condition. He was professional and well spoken. He fixed the problem and offered suggestions on maintenance for the washer. I hope the appliances never need repair but if they do I know who to call!

He went above and beyond to install my dishwasher, and fixed our ice machine and water dispenser in our fridge. He explained everything I needed to know.
