5 Star did a quick and excellent job replacing the hinges on our Viking stove. The part had to be ordered, so they came out once to confirm the problem and again with the parts to repair it. Both visits were incredibly easy. They were on time, and texted 30 minutes ahead with a heads up. Jake the repairman was professional, quick, and shared great tips about this stove and model. Would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

I should start my review saying that after years of dealing with different repair companies, I am completely blown away with 5 Star In Home Services. They are simply the best! I am not going to call anyone else for my appliances repair any more. They are very honest, transparent with their prices (speaking of which - they are beyond reasonable), while providing stellar customer service, quality diagnostics and repair! My refrigerator was not cooling for months. I've been dealing with another big company who sent an inexperienced technician to do a very poor job. I was left with a hefty fee and the non-working fridge. Scheduling a return appointment was a nightmare. I finally got tired of them and called 5 Star Services. And oh boy, I'm so happy I did. I talked to Jon who listened patiently to my whole sob story of dealing with another company that failed to repair my fridge. He scheduled an appointment within 4 days, came over and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. He even defrosted the fridge for me with a special steamer. Jon didn't have a faulty part on hand and scheduled a return appointment in 2 days. I mentioned that I had a full time 9-5 job, and he even called me back and offered a Saturday appointment. This truly shows that they care about their customers and go out of their way to make the repairs in a timely manner and schedule appointments at the times convenient for their customers. I can't recommend this company enough! My fridge is working now! They provide a 90-day warranty of their work too. Thank you so much, 5 Star Services! You truly live up to your name.
