The manager has a bad attitude, she must have a better attitude at customer whom are new here and need help locating things. I have a toddler who was on the floor, and I know he shouldn’t be on the floor , kids are kids. Honestly, I feel her bad vibes when I arrived at the store. It’s just unpleasant to receive that attention when we the customers bring business and not been disrespectful. Personally, I won’t be back to that staples.

I just went to staples to purchase some new school supplies with my best friend and boyfriend. Every employee was so nice but above all was one younger worker he had a mullet and was wearing a gray shirt. He was so friendly and when my boyfriend asked me if I wanted a bag for my things I said to him “no it’s okay I was just going to move everything into this backpack when we get to the car” the employee heard and took it upon himself to put everything in the backpack for me. It made my whole day so thank you!

Do not come here. In the fax department I encountered the most disrespectful woman. First off I don’t use the fax machine a lot. So I had to ask what is the proper way to send it. She said “whatever way they will be able to see it” in an attitude. Because of her bitchness and not showing me how to fax the stuff I wanted to fax the proper way, the fax did not go through. So I brought over the manager to help me and the fax went through. Also, her moronic self had me repeat my question 3 times !! While she got apple ear buds in her ear.
