I ordered a Silver Pigeon through Cole's back in April and I just received it yesterday. Kelly communicated with me through the whole process and was very up front with me regarding the delays. When it came in, they called me, I took a ride up there and they fitted the gun to me. The customer service is incredible and I can't imagine going anywhere else for another shotgun. They also rebuilt my Beretta 682X a few years ago and I haven't had any issues with it since.

I have enjoyed the Sarasota location quite a bit. Joe is a great guy to talk to. I drop off my Beretta 682 trap for service at this location and when my service is complete, they drive it back to Sarasota for me to pick up at the local club. I have a Beretta shotgun that needed repair and looked on the Beretta website to find a repair shop. I read reviews of all the authorized shops and even though I'm on the West coast, I selected Coles in Maine because of their superior rating. This was a wise decision, the customer service was superb. They called the day they received the gun and promised a four week turn around. Exactly four weeks later they called to explain the repairs and said the gun was ready to return. I would definitely use them again .
