Fantastic customer service. I’ve been to several places and they are exceptionally knowledgeable and patient. Although the range is old school with a manual pulley system. Doesn’t matter. The service and the prices are very reasonable. I will be going back as needed! Consistently the best service. I’ve been back many times.

This was my first time visiting. The range is fine and the people are friendly albeit disengaged. There was one issue, however, that soured the experience for me. Both Google and the business's webpage say it closes at 8:00 pm. I rushed over to get an hour's worth of shooting in before they closed at 8:00. I, and my two companions, were each charged for a full hour. We entered at 7:10 pm per my credit card receipt and began shooting. Ten min later we were told to start packing up because the range closes at 7:30. When we got out, I commented to the young lady that had we known we could only shoot for 15-20 min., we would not have spent our money that night and simply come another day. Neither she, nor any of the other gentlemen working in the store, offered an explanation, partial refund, or at least an acknowledgement that perhaps, they should have told three people being charged each for a full hour, that they were only going to get less than half of what they were being sold. It was like paying for a 12 inch sub at Subways and being given less than a six inch!

Bought a new glock43x m.o.s. with eddy and then went to go shoot it right there. Quick and easy! While I was waiting for background and transaction Bevo was showing me a couple of customized handguns and letting me know about the parts etc. Very knowledgeable on guns and knew those were high quality parts. These guys know their weapons and the shop was like a toy store compared to others with just basic s**t. Happy with my purchase and also the range. Best shop over all,in Hialeah.

The gun range is a little out the way but its worth! The staff is very helpful and attentive to beginners, Ozzy was our instructor and his advice was amazing. For 2 people a gun rental, ammunition, ear muffs, and lane rental came out to $150. I would recommend to anyone and for sure come back.

Just for range time (which includes the large paper silhouette targets), it was $15+tax on 5-23-2019, and $18+tax today (6-19-2019). That did not include any equipment, but apparently they'll let you use their earmuffs and eye protection for free.

I saw all those group prices on groupon and website and there is nowhere to find how much is per person.. normally i go to Big Als range but this one is closer so i want to change range and save some time in traffic .but i cannot find price... that is strange
